A delicious fusion of crispy churros and creamy cheesecake, with layers of cinnamon-sugar goodness.
Ingredients

- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and lay it over the cream cheese layer.
- Brush the top with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra crunch, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top before baking.
