Description

A warm and gooey cinnamon roll peach cobbler that’s the perfect blend of fruity sweetness and spiced comfort, ideal for any cozy gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans peach chunks, drained
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (5 ct) cans Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, reserve the icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place evenly over the peach mixture.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden and cooked through.
  6. Drizzle reserved icing over the cobbler while warm and serve.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can also use fresh peaches when in season.
