- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and mandarin oranges with juice.
- Beat until smooth and well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake according to package directions until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix.
- Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
- Spread frosting evenly over cooled cake.
