A bright, festive cranberry clementine sauce bursting with citrus flavor and perfect for holiday meals.
Ingredients

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 3 clementines, juiced
- 1 clementine, zested
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Add cranberries, clementine juice, zest, sugar, and water to a saucepan.
- Stir and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add cinnamon if desired.
- Let cool before serving or refrigerate for later.
Notes
Adjust sugar to taste. Sauce thickens more as it cools.
