Description

Indulge in these sweet‑and‑savory Cranberry Ham Sliders, perfect for holiday gatherings or casual snacking. Fluffy Hawaiian rolls paired with tender ham, melty Swiss cheese, and a tangy cranberry‑mustard glaze create a crowd‑pleasing bite that’s quick to assemble and easy to share.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 10 slices Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 lb sliced ham
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, leaving the tops attached to form a hinge.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each roll.
  4. Layer ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom half, then place the top half.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter, stir in brown sugar, poppy seeds, and minced onion; brush the mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  6. Bake for 12‑15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For a gluten‑free version, use gluten‑free rolls. Swap ham for turkey or roast beef for variety. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven to retain crispness.
