- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

- Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap to help mold it.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- In a shallow dish, mix extra cranberries, pecans, and parsley.
- Roll the chilled cheese ball in the coating mixture until evenly covered.
- Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy.
