  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra cranberries, pecans, and parsley for coating

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar until well blended.

  3. Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap to help mold it.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
