Description

Ultra crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these boneless chicken thighs are perfectly seasoned and cooked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Place chicken in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  5. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  6. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Place chicken skin-side down and sear for 6–8 minutes until crispy.
  8. Flip the chicken and transfer the skillet to the oven.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until fully cooked.
  10. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, make sure the chicken skin is completely dry before seasoning.
