- 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (6–8 lb)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices in juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (from the can)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Place the ham in the crock pot, flat side down.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the ham.
- Arrange the pineapple slices on top and around the ham.
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves.
- Pour the mixture over the ham.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours.
- Baste the ham occasionally with the juices.
- Serve warm with extra sauce spooned over the top.
