- 2 (13 oz) cans Pillsbury Flaky Cinnamon Rolls with Caramel Icing, cut into 1” pieces
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Lightly grease the crock pot insert with nonstick spray.
- Place the cut cinnamon roll pieces and diced apples into the crock pot and toss gently to combine.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll and apple mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until set and golden.
- Drizzle with the included caramel icing before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. Try topping with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
