Description

Warm, gooey, and sweet — these Crock Pot Caramel Apple Rolls combine soft cinnamon rolls, tender apples, and a rich caramel drizzle for the perfect cozy breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 (13 oz) cans Pillsbury Flaky Cinnamon Rolls with Caramel Icing, cut into 1” pieces
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the crock pot insert with nonstick spray.
  2. Place the cut cinnamon roll pieces and diced apples into the crock pot and toss gently to combine.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll and apple mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until set and golden.
  6. Drizzle with the included caramel icing before serving.

Notes
