Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed tomato soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato soup, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. Stir in the uncooked macaroni and shredded cheese.
  7. Cover again and cook on low for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
