Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato soup, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir in the uncooked macaroni and shredded cheese.
- Cover again and cook on low for an additional 30-45 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
