Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Transfer the beef to a crockpot and add the ranch seasoning mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth.
  3. Stir to combine, then cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Stir the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese into the crockpot mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover, and cook for an additional 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

You can swap cheddar with a cheese blend for extra flavor. For a spicier version, add a pinch of chili flakes.
