Description
An ultra-decadent crockpot chocolate lava cake that’s gooey, rich, and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding (3.9 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips (1 12oz bag)
Instructions
- Grease the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and whole milk.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the cake batter into the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the chocolate pudding mix evenly over the top of the batter.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the edges are set but the center is gooey.
- Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
Notes
Avoid overcooking to maintain that molten, lava-like center. Serve directly from the crockpot for best gooey results.
