This Crockpot Sausage and Peppers is an easy, flavorful slow-cooker meal made with tender sausages, sweet bell peppers, and a rich tomato sauce that’s perfect for busy weeknights.

- 2 pounds Italian sausage links
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place sausage links in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onion on top.
- Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning over the vegetables.
- Pour crushed tomatoes evenly over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- Serve hot on hoagie rolls or over pasta if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, brown the sausages before adding them to the crockpot, but this step is optional.
