Description

Juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy, this Crockpot Turkey Breast is the perfect hands-off main dish for your holiday table or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (4 to 6 lb) bone-in or boneless turkey breast, skin-on
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place sliced onions in the bottom of the Crockpot. Set the turkey breast on top.
  3. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the Crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Optional: Broil turkey in oven for 4–5 minutes to crisp the skin.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.

Notes

To add more flavor, tuck fresh rosemary and thyme under the skin before cooking. Great with gravy or cranberry sauce.
