Description

This creamy, tangy buffalo chicken dip vanishes faster than you can make it! Perfect for game day or potlucks, with just the right balance of spicy cayenne pepper and cool blue cheese. Always the first appetizer to disappear!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until fully incorporated
  3. Transfer mixture to oven-safe baking dish
  4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden
  5. Garnish with extra green onions before serving

Notes

Tips: Serve with celery sticks or tortilla chips. For spicier dip, add extra cayenne sauce. Substitutions: Greek yogurt can replace mayonnaise. Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
