Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, no skin, no bone
  • 6 roma tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp herb mix (preferably Penzey’s ‘Mural of Flavor’)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cloves

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and brown lightly on both sides.
  3. Chop roma tomatoes and add to the skillet.
  4. Stir in herb mix, garlic powder, cloves, bay leaves, and pepper.
  5. Pour in white cooking wine and peach flavored wine cooler.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and flavors are well combined.
