- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz uncooked penne pasta
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cooked beef to the baking dish and stir to combine.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil, stir the mixture, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes, until pasta is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Make it ahead by assembling and refrigerating. Add 10 minutes to the baking time if chilled.
