Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz uncooked penne pasta
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add cooked beef to the baking dish and stir to combine.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, stir the mixture, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes, until pasta is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Make it ahead by assembling and refrigerating. Add 10 minutes to the baking time if chilled.
