A bright, sweet-tart cranberry clementine sauce that comes together in minutes—perfect for holidays, breakfasts, and topping desserts.
Ingredients

- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 3 clementines (zest and juice)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and set aside.
- Zest and juice the clementines.
- Combine cranberries, clementine juice, zest, sugar, water, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook 10–12 minutes until berries burst and the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Let cool before serving; it will thicken further as it cools.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired. Stores well in the fridge for up to one week.
