Description

These Easy Crockpot Peanut Clusters are the perfect no-fuss treat for the holidays—salty, sweet, chocolatey, and totally irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs white almond bark (roughly chopped)
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 24 oz dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Festive sprinkles (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Layer the white almond bark, semi-sweet chocolate, and milk chocolate chips in your crockpot.
  2. Add the dry roasted peanuts on top.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours. Avoid stirring until all the chocolate is fully melted.
  4. Once melted, stir everything together until the peanuts are well coated.
  5. Add vanilla extract if using and mix well.
  6. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper.
  7. Sprinkle with festive toppings if desired.
  8. Allow to cool and harden completely at room temperature before serving or storing.
