Description
These easy eggless salmon patties are perfect for a quick dinner or lunch. Crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful inside – no eggs needed!
Ingredients

- 2 cans (5 oz each) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into 4–6 patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
You can substitute fresh herbs or spices to adjust the flavor. Serve with a salad, in a bun, or with your favorite dip.
