Description

These easy eggless salmon patties are perfect for a quick dinner or lunch. Crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful inside – no eggs needed!


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into 4–6 patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

You can substitute fresh herbs or spices to adjust the flavor. Serve with a salad, in a bun, or with your favorite dip.
