Ingredients

  • 1 medium white onion, diced

  • 1 (15oz) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef bone broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in large pot over medium-high heat
  2. Add ground beef and onion – cook until beef is browned (5-7 minutes)
  3. Stir in garlic and spices – cook 1 minute until fragrant
  4. Add beans, tomatoes, and broth – bring to boil
  5. Reduce heat to simmer – cook uncovered 15-20 minutes
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving
