- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Place 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot and insert the trivet.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture on both sides.
- Arrange salmon fillets on the trivet in a single layer.
- Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on HIGH pressure for 3 minutes.
- Once done, do a quick release of pressure.
- Carefully remove the salmon and garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
You can adjust seasonings to taste. For a stronger lemon flavor, add lemon zest to the marinade.
