Description

This Easy Instant Pot Salmon recipe is quick, healthy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for busy weeknights, it delivers tender, flaky salmon every time.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot and insert the trivet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture on both sides.
  4. Arrange salmon fillets on the trivet in a single layer.
  5. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on HIGH pressure for 3 minutes.
  6. Once done, do a quick release of pressure.
  7. Carefully remove the salmon and garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

You can adjust seasonings to taste. For a stronger lemon flavor, add lemon zest to the marinade.
