This easy mango chili sauce is sweet, spicy, and tangy, perfect for dipping, glazing, or drizzling over your favorite dishes.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 red chili peppers, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add diced mangoes, chili peppers, and garlic to a blender.
- Blend until mostly smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and salt.
- Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer to a jar or serving bowl.
Notes
Adjust the amount of chili peppers to control the heat level of the sauce.
