A spooky yet delicious Halloween appetizer β creamy brie wrapped in puff pastry strips to look like a mummy.

- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 candy eyes (or black olives)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cut puff pastry into thin strips.
- Wrap the strips around the brie wheel to resemble mummy bandages, leaving small gaps for the eyes.
- Brush the wrapped brie with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15β20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and gently place candy eyes (or olive slices) in the exposed space.
- Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
You can add a layer of jam (like raspberry or fig) under the puff pastry for extra flavor.
