Description
Quick and delicious salmon patties that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- 1 can salmon (14.75 oz), drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and shape into 6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped parsley or dill. These patties can also be baked at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
