Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add all vegetables and stir fry for 5â7 minutes, until just tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, add the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1 more minute.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
Feel free to swap in your favorite veggiesâsnow peas, mushrooms, and baby corn work great too. Add tofu or tempeh for extra protein.
