Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons warm water
  • Crushed red pepper flakes to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, lime juice, and sesame oil to a bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add garlic and grated ginger.
  4. Gradually whisk in warm water until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Add crushed red pepper flakes if using.
