Description
A super simple, buttery-sweet Thanksgiving carrot side dish that’s both festive and family-approved.
Ingredients

			- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
- Add the carrots and cook for 8–10 minutes until just tender, then drain.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Return the carrots to the pot and toss to coat in the glaze.
- Cook for 2–3 more minutes, stirring often, until glossy and caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
You can prep the carrots in advance and reheat with the glaze just before serving.
