- 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups.
- Top each with a small spoonful of ketchup.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These freeze well! Store in an airtight container and reheat in the microwave or oven for a quick meal. Great served with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
