- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 1/3 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions and unfold sheets.
- Cut each sheet into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Spread Nutella on half of the hearts, leaving a small border around edges.
- Top with a small dollop of raspberry jam.
- Place remaining hearts on top and seal edges by pressing with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
