Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, and salt in a blender or bowl until smooth (small lumps are okay!).
- Pour mixture into muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full. Add optional mix-ins.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden. Let cool 5 minutes before removing.
