Description

A quick and flavorful Five-Spice Beef Stir Fry packed with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and bold aromatic seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan and stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and toss everything together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, add green onions, and cook for 1 more minute.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
