A tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned glazed meatloaf with a sweet and tangy topping that turns out perfectly every time.

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently with your hands until just combined — do not overmix.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to make the glaze.
- Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove and spread the remaining glaze on top.
- Return to the oven and bake another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best flavor, use a mix of ground beef and pork. Leftovers make great sandwiches the next day!
