Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches
- 1/2 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion
- 1–2 jalapeños
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Dice the ripe peaches into small chunks.
- Halve the cherry or grape tomatoes.
- Finely chop the red onion and jalapeños.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches, tomatoes, onion, and jalapeños.
- Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and sea salt.
- Toss everything gently to mix.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference. This salsa pairs wonderfully with grilled meats or tortilla chips.
