Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint cherry or grape tomatoes

  • 12 jalapeños
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 limes, juiced

Instructions

  1. Dice the ripe peaches into small chunks.
  2. Halve the cherry or grape tomatoes.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and jalapeños.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches, tomatoes, onion, and jalapeños.
  5. Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and sea salt.
  6. Toss everything gently to mix.
