- 1 Bag Large Marshmallows
- 1 Bag Ghirardelli Premium Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Red Candy Wafer
- 1/2 Cup Pink Candy Wafer
- Valentine Sprinkles (Optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Insert lollipop sticks into marshmallows.
- Dip each marshmallow into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- While chocolate is still wet, decorate with candy wafers and sprinkles.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and let set completely (about 30 minutes).
Notes
Tip: For extra decoration, drizzle with contrasting colored chocolate after pops have set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
