- 8 chicken legs
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken legs.
- Place the seasoned chicken legs into the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the crockpot (not directly on chicken).
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Optional: For crispy skin, broil the cooked legs in the oven for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add chopped potatoes or carrots to the crockpot for a one-pot meal. Adjust herbs to taste.
