  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
