Ingredients

- 500g salmon fillet, skinless and cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar.
- Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat neutral oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the salmon bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal. Great as an appetizer or party snack too!
