Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan or bundt pan.
  3. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and spices together.
  4. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  6. Mix in molasses and vanilla extract.
  7. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake 60–75 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
  11. Serve plain or with a cream cheese glaze.
