Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Grease and flour a loaf pan or bundt pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and spices together.
- Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Mix in molasses and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 60–75 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
- Serve plain or with a cream cheese glaze.
