Description

Soft, fluffy, golden-brown gluten-free dinner rolls made with yeast, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (with xanthan gum)
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • Extra butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk until slightly warm to the touch.
  2. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add egg and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
  4. Whisk together gluten-free flour and salt.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
  6. Divide dough into equal portions and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Cover and let rise for 30–40 minutes.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes.
  9. Brush warm rolls with butter before serving.

Notes
