Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (with xanthan gum)
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- Extra butter for brushing
Instructions
- Warm the milk until slightly warm to the touch.
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add egg and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
- Whisk together gluten-free flour and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Divide dough into equal portions and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise for 30–40 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes.
- Brush warm rolls with butter before serving.
Notes
Use a gluten-free flour blend that includes xanthan gum for the best texture. Rising time may vary depending on kitchen temperature.
