A refreshing Greek salad topped with flaky grilled salmon, bursting with Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano together for the dressing.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Top with grilled salmon and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, grill the salmon instead of pan-searing. Serve with warm pita bread for a complete meal.
