Description
A simple, sweet, and smoky summer dessert of grilled peaches served warm with vanilla ice cream.

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place peaches cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes, until grill marks form and peaches are slightly softened.
- Flip and grill for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Best served immediately while warm. Try adding crushed nuts for extra texture.
