- 6 large eggs

- 1 green bell pepper, diced

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then pour them into the skillet.
- Gently stir and cook until the eggs are scrambled and set.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot.
Notes
