  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  6. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then pour them into the skillet.
  7. Gently stir and cook until the eggs are scrambled and set.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes
