- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter and flour, stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in cooked noodles and mix until coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You can add mushrooms or peas for extra flavor and texture.
