Description

A hearty and comforting dish made with ground beef, egg noodles, and a creamy savory sauce for an easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add butter and flour, stir for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss in cooked noodles and mix until coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

You can add mushrooms or peas for extra flavor and texture.
