Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 (8-ounce) roll crescent rolls
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Your favorite taco toppings: sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Spread beef mixture over dough and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
