- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 (8-ounce) roll crescent rolls
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Your favorite taco toppings: sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Spread beef mixture over dough and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
