  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
