- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Arrange half the potato slices in the prepared baking dish. Season with half the spices.
