- 500g ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 250g egg noodles
- 250ml beef broth
- 200ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to remove raw flour taste.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use full-fat sour cream for best texture. Add mushrooms if desired for extra depth.
