- 12 oz fettuccine pasta or any kind of past
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add ground turkey, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
- In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and ground turkey into the Alfredo sauce, toss well to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
