Description

A creamy pasta dish made with savory ground turkey and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta or any kind of past
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add ground turkey, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  3. In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta and ground turkey into the Alfredo sauce, toss well to coat.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
