Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, and condiments for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface.
- Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C).
- Toast burger buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and favorite condiments.
- Serve hot.
